The Enrichment Centers (TEC) was founded by Dr. Patricia Webbink, a psychologistand educator with over 40 years of experience. TEC has been offering after-school, summer, tutoring and mentoring throughout the U.S. and abroad for 34 years. Students of all ages and learning needs are encouraged to meet their potential with our large, highly-trained staff. “Learning can be fun!” is our motto. Founded first as The Center for Gifted and Talented, The Enrichment Centers has received numerous grants and awards and was certified to work with the No Child Left Behind program for at-risk programs throughout Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.
